Tell us who owns what, what was agreed, and what has happened. Company disputes turn on documents — but the first call costs nothing, and filing deadlines and statutory clocks do not wait for tidy files.

Office Hours
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with out of hours appointments available. We act for clients in every county — company disputes run on documents, phone and email, and you only travel if a hearing requires it.
What to Have Ready
For a first call, the ideal bundle: the company’s constitution and any shareholders’ agreement; a note of who holds what shares and directorships; recent accounts or the last annual return; the key correspondence (letters, emails, texts) around the dispute; and any formal documents received — a strike-off notice, a liquidator’s letter, a demand on a guarantee. For OMC matters, add the last AGM notice and annual report, the service charge budget and the lease. Missing pieces are normal — call anyway. What has been filed, and what has been received, are the two facts that matter most on day one.
